Engagement: ServiceNow SPO implementation for an East Coast client with EMEA stakeholders


Summary
Lead business requirements and process design for a ServiceNow Sourcing and Procurement Operations implementation. You will be the main link between client procurement stakeholders and the technical team.
Responsibilities

• Run discovery and requirements workshops with sourcing and procurement stakeholders
• Document current and future-state source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes
• Write business requirements, functional specs and user stories, and groom the backlog with the delivery team
• Translate requirements into SPO configuration, including catalog, requests, approvals, purchase orders and vendor workflows
• Support design reviews, UAT planning, test scripts and defect triage
• Lead change impact and training input for procurement users
• Report status and risks to the engagement lead

Required

• Hands-on ServiceNow experience in SPO, or in procurement or sourcing modules (Procurement, Sourcing, Vendor Management, Contract Management)
• Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and user story writing
• Procurement domain knowledge (source-to-pay, purchasing, supplier management)
• Experience in an Agile delivery model
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive-level stakeholders

Preferred

• End-to-end SPO implementation experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Procurement/Sourcing-related certifications
• Experience working across US and EMEA time zones
• Consulting or SI background
