Description

Overview
The ServiceNow SPM Enablement Specialist supports the rollout, adoption, and ongoing expansion of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) capabilities across Client. This role focuses on process documentation, training development, stakeholder engagement, and user enablement for Resource Management, Idea Management, and Strategic Planning Workspace.
The position partners with IT leadership, business unit stakeholders, and program leadership to establish standardized processes, support onboarding initiatives, drive adoption, and maintain governance and documentation aligned with evolving platform capabilities.

Core Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation for ServiceNow SPM modules, including Resource Management, Idea Management, and Strategic Planning Workspace.
• Create end-user and practitioner training materials, including guides, quick reference cards, and walkthroughs.
• Establish and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SPM workflows and governance.
• Maintain a living documentation library that reflects platform updates and process changes.
• Lead the rollout of Resource Management capabilities to IT teams.
• Define and document resource allocation processes, roles, and responsibilities.
• Partner with IT leadership to support adoption and alignment with organizational resource planning needs.
• Deliver training sessions and enablement activities to support Resource Management onboarding.
• Drive the ongoing rollout of Idea Management and Strategic Planning Workspace across business units.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, tailor configurations, and support onboarding activities.
• Develop rollout plans, communication strategies, and adoption metrics for business unit deployments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business units during the SPM onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with business leaders to promote SPM adoption and collect ongoing feedback.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end users and practitioners across organizational levels.
• Track adoption metrics and provide status updates to the ServiceNow Process Owner and program leadership.
• Support continuous improvement of SPM processes based on user feedback and organizational needs.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in SPM or ITBM.
• Experience with Strategic Planning Workspace and Innovation Management in ServiceNow.
• Background in change management or organizational change enablement methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL and portfolio or program management frameworks.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with diverse business unit stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow Yokohama release or later.
