Locations: Piscataway, NJ / Remote
Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $70-$75/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Role Description

• Lead the overall ServiceNow solution architecture and translate business requirements into a scalable SPM, TPSM, platform, data, security, and integration design.
• Translate high-level business requirements into technical architecture blueprints across Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Total Productive Services Management (TPSM), core platform capabilities, data models, security architecture, and integrations.
• Establish and enforce ServiceNow architectural standards and design governance.
• Validate technical decisions and ensure alignment with platform best practices.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with future ServiceNow upgrades.
• Provide architectural guidance to development teams and prevent unnecessary customizations.
• Define and maintain platform architecture, data structures, security models, and integration patterns.
• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure alignment across dependent systems.
• Maintain consistency across ServiceNow implementations and integrated enterprise applications.
• Support architectural reviews, solution validation, and technical governance activities.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

Experience Required

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and enterprise platform design.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow SPM and TPSM implementations.
• Experience defining platform, integration, security, and data architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience establishing architectural standards and governance frameworks.
