ServiceNow Solutions Architect

IDR is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you’ll design scalable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions that solve complex business challenges and support global mission-driven initiatives. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to shape architecture, guide implementations, and ensure solutions are built for long-term maintainability and growth.

Position Overview for the ServiceNow Solutions Architect:

• Lead solution architecture and technical design for enterprise ServiceNow implementations and platform enhancements
• Translate business needs into scalable platform, application, and integration architecture
• Facilitate workshops (including Human-Centered Design) to align stakeholders on outcomes and “art of the possible”
• Provide technical guidance to implementation teams through design reviews, validation, and governance best practices
• Recommend integration patterns and standards that support security, scalability, and maintainability

Requirements for the ServiceNow Solutions Architect:

• 3+ years of solution architecture experience on the ServiceNow platform in enterprise environments
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow CIS-ITSM certification plus two additional CIS certifications (e.g., ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps/GRC, etc.)
• Strong expertise with ServiceNow scripting, integrations, APIs/web services, and platform architecture
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
