Job Summary:This role involves crafting and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions to address critical business needs for non-profit organizations worldwide. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative digital transformation initiatives. The position requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex requirements into scalable and effective platform designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead workshops to define project scope and capabilities.
- Define platform and integration strategies.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Guide implementation teams on best practices.
Must-Have Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- 3+ years of ServiceNow solution architecture experience
Industry Experience:
This role requires experience in designing and implementing technology solutions within the non-profit sector.
