3–5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with at least two full-cycle ServiceNow implementations Serves as a strategic advisor between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring business processes are optimized and aligned with ServiceNow platform capabilities. Demonstrated product and domain expertise in the business process(es) supported by the assigned ServiceNow solution, and other enterprise workflow initiatives by analyzing business needs, driving process improvements, and translating requirements into actionable platform solutions. Ideally 1 each with HR/Workplace, Legal Ops, IRM/GRC, S2P.

• Partner with business leaders, process owners, and stakeholders to assess and improve business processes
• Analyze, design, and optimize workflows aligned to strategic business objectives
• Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs based on business value and ROI
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
• Promote platform best practices, emphasizing configuration over customization
• Support requirements gathering, process mapping, solution validation, and quality assurance activities
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage business process documentation
