Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Portal Developer to own and enhance a customer-facing ServiceNow Portal. The ideal candidate will be an expert in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong focus on creating modern, accessible, and user-friendly experiences.

This role will also support Salesforce and Pardot administration activities for Outreach and Growth functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow Portal pages and widgets for existing and potential customers.

• Develop modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Optimize ServiceNow Portal search functionality using advanced tags and filters.

• Collaborate with the Service Catalog Manager to improve and enhance the Portal interface.

• Support Salesforce and Pardot administration activities related to customer outreach and growth.

• Investigate user experience issues and propose alternative designs to support continual service improvement.

• Ensure compatibility across browsers and mobile interfaces.

Required Skills

• Undergraduate degree.

• Expert-level knowledge of HTML and CSS.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.

• Strong UI/UX design expertise.

• Experience developing and enhancing ServiceNow Portal pages and widgets.

Desired Skills

• ITIL Foundations certification or knowledge.

• Familiarity with Section 508 (EIR) accessibility compliance.

• Experience with ITSM ticketing systems.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Experience with ServiceNow system properties and update sets.

• Knowledge of workflows, scheduled jobs, and business rules.

• Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and mobile interfaces.

• Ability to support continual service improvement through investigation and alternative design recommendations.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
