ServiceNow Lead Engineer (FSO/CSM)
Location: Columbus, OH; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; or any Huntington Bank hub location
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Target Salary: Up to $120,000 + potential bonus eligibility
Position Summary
Huntington Bank is seeking a ServiceNow Lead Engineer to serve as the technical lead for the banks growing Customer Service Management (CSM) and Financial Services Operations (FSO) platform capabilities. This individual will act as the primary subject matter expert for ServiceNow FSO solutions and help shape the future state of Huntingtons ServiceNow financial services ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ServiceNow CSM, strong platform development capabilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role will provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices across the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of ServiceNow development and engineering experience.
Deep experience with Customer Service Management (CSM).
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including:
Workspaces
Case Management
Data Model
Business Rules
Script Includes
Client Scripts
Update Sets
Forms, Fields, Lists, and Views
Experience building and supporting ServiceNow integrations.
Strong requirements gathering and technical documentation skills.
Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Financial Services Operations (FSO) solutions within ServiceNow.
Experience supporting:
Dispute Management
Treasury Operations
Commercial Operations
Other Financial Services workflows
Banking or financial services industry experience.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with enterprise integration and cloud technologies.
Technical Environment
Candidates should have experience working with or integrating ServiceNow with technologies such as:
