- Platform Health & Optimization: Assess platform health across manageability, maintainability, upgradeability, security, performance, and user experience; identify technical debt and drive prioritized remediation plans.
- Technical Governance: Establish advisory frameworks covering environment, data, platform, and development management, including standards, change management, customization controls, and development practices.
- AI & Innovation Advisory: Guide customers on Now Assist, AI Agents, agentic workflows, and AI Control Tower, including use-case definition, adoption sequencing, data grounding, human oversight, and responsible AI governance.
- Customer & Executive Engagement: Build trusted relationships with platform owners, enterprise architects, IT leadership, and executives; facilitate architecture workshops, strategic reviews, and executive discussions.
- Risk & Value Management: Proactively identify architectural and platform risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and connect platform adoption to measurable business outcomes and customer value realization.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work with customer teams, delivery partners, and internal specialists; leverage ServiceNow Impact resources and accelerators, share architectural best practices, and mentor peers where appropriate.
