ServiceNow Platform Architect & Administrator - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect & Administrator for a hybrid position with a Global Professional Services Firm located in Warren, NJ. This is a contract opportunity with possibility for conversion.

This is a highly visible role that combines strategy, architecture, platform administration, automation, and stakeholder leadership. You will serve as the technical authority for ServiceNow, driving platform health, scalability, security, governance, and innovation while partnering closely with business leaders, technology teams, and managed service providers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, governance, and technical direction of the ServiceNow platform
• Drive platform strategy, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Review and approve solution designs, integrations, workflows, and platform enhancements
• Govern development standards and oversee managed service provider delivery and quality
• Lead platform upgrades, release management, environment strategy, and production deployments
• Improve employee experiences through automation, Service Catalog enhancements, and workflow optimization
• Champion CMDB health, CSDM adoption, configuration management, and data quality initiatives
• Design and govern integrations across enterprise platforms using APIs and IntegrationHub
• Ensure platform compliance with security, audit, SOX, and governance requirements
• Optimize platform performance, stability, licensing, and overall business value

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration, engineering, and architecture experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
• Deep expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and workflow automation
• Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and enterprise integrations
• Strong understanding of platform governance, security, and operational best practices
• Ability to influence technical decisions and effectively partner with business and technology stakeholders
• Experience leading initiatives in large, complex enterprise environments

Desired skills:

• CIS-ITSM, CAD, or other ServiceNow certifications
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, ITAM, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, IRM, or GRC
• Knowledge of CSDM and modern ServiceNow platform architecture
• ITIL knowledge and Agile delivery experience

Pay range: up to $70.00 per hour
