Fulltime or C2H ($120K PA or $60/hr on C2C)

Key Responsibilities
1. Now Assist Development & Implementation

Design and implement ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities:
- Virtual Agent & conversational AI
- AI-powered Search & experience flows
- Case, Incident, Request Summaries
- Developer Assist productivity tools
- Generative AI work notes and responses [Buffer Ind...n priority | Outlook]
Build custom AI skills, prompt templates, and automation flows

2. AI & Workflow Automation

Integrate Now Assist with core modules:
- ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD
Develop intelligent workflows using:
- Flow Designer
- Script Includes
- Business Rules, ACLs, UI Policies [Buffer Ind...n priority | Outlook]
Implement AI-based recommendation engines and automation frameworks

3. ServiceNow Development

Configure and customise ServiceNow platform as per business requirements
Build scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
Maintain CMDB integrity and data quality
Develop integrations using APIs, connectors, and ServiceNow frameworks
