We are seeking experienced professionals with expertise in ServiceNow Legal & Contract Operations, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, and Customer Success.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Process Consulting, or Customer Success roles
• \n
• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience
• \n
• Experience with Legal Operations and Contract Management processes
• \n
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills
• \n
• Knowledge of Playbooks, Process Automation Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow integrations
• \n
• ServiceNow Legal & Contract Operations implementation experience preferred
• \n
