5 | Required | Working knowledge of ServiceNow User Provisioning, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Email modules, etc. |
5 | Required | Designed, Developed, and implemented Integrations inbound/outbound with ServiceNow using Azure AD, Trusted Sources for SSO, Mid server, web services REST/SOAP, email and other relevant technologies |
4 | Required | Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing used when leading ServiceNow implementation activities, presenting to leadership, and training less experienced staff |
8 | Preferred | Industry and project experience with ServiceNow |
5 | Preferred | ServiceNow System Administrator and/or and Implementation Specialistcertification |
5 | Preferred | Technical Documentation including Technical Design, Implementation, and Configuration Plans |

III. TERMS OF SERVICE
Services are expected to start 09/30/2026 and are expected to complete by 08/31/2027. Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 1840 hours. This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.
