Pay Range: $65 - $70/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a ServiceNow ITSM Senior Developer. This role is crucial for implementing and enhancing our IT Service Management processes and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer
• Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, or Service Catalog
• Ability to configure ServiceNow ITSM applications in alignment with approved design plans
• Experience with JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL/industry standards
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to Federal Compliance

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Experience with SQL query creation and LDAP Query
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Implement moderate to complex custom widgets and backend scripting
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and complex workflows
• Develop ServiceNow integrations using APIs, web services, and data imports/exports
• Create request forms, develop integration with external systems, and implement security measures
• Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings
