ServiceNow HRSD Developer or Lead- 2 Position

Role: ServiceNow HRSD Developer or Lead - 2 Job

Location: Dallas, TX or Montvale, NJ- Onsite

Duration: 6-12 months

Experience: 8-15 Year

Rate: DOE

• Minimum Eight years of recent experience in solution architecture with ServiceNow, specializing in the design of end ‐ to ‐ end employee workflows and digital HR experiences (For Lead)
• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and platform solutions using JavaScript and the Now Platform (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub) (For Developer)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is required, including HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and self ‐ service employee experiences with additional experience across two or more ServiceNow modules such as WSD, ITOM, or CSM .

Certification Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer)

Certification Preferred : Certified Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Professional, or platform micro-certifications
