ServiceNow GRC Developer

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a ServiceNow GRC Developer for their Charlotte, NC/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC applications and workflows.
• Build modern user experiences using UI Builder and ServiceNow Workspace technologies.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Leverage Claude to accelerate ServiceNow GRC/IRM development, solution design, scripting, troubleshooting, and workflow automation
• Configure and enhance Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and related GRC modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems using ServiceNow APIs and integration frameworks.
• Perform code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and configuration guides.
• Support deployment, upgrades, and production releases.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM development.
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting and custom application development.
• Experience with UI Builder and Workspace development.
• Experience using Claude for ServiceNow development, scripting, workflow automation, troubleshooting
• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
