Role: ServiceNow Developer

Pay Rate: $50 to $60/hr

Job Description:

Technical:

• Experience with key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST,
• knowledge of the ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM & CMDB Products
• Custom applications using ServiceNow's App Engine
• Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Widgets
• Design and implementation of solution for maintaining CI data integrity across the CI lifecycle with due consideration to the ITSM process.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical architecture discussions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and platform governance
• Experience in CMDB health to support Assets and Configuration and CI relationships coming from discovered sources, manual sources from like relationship data from network team.
• Build solutions around data certifications for maintaining CI sanity
• Reconcile solution of the CMDB data when exceptions are noted between CMDB, discovery information, and other authoritative production data repositories
• Manage upgrades, patches, cloning, and instance configurations.
• Implement ACLs, RBAC, security controls, and CMDB best practices

Non-Technical:

• Delivery oriented
• Good learning and exploration attitude in new technologies and implement.
• Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required.
