Location: Miami, FL United States (3 days in office 2 days remote) - No relocation candidates


Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Act as a technical leader, consultant, and subject matter expert in ServiceNow architecture, guiding the team of developers and administrators.
Design and implement robust solutions using the FSO (Financial Services Operations) module, aligned with the financial sector's business requirements.
Define and oversee architecture, governance, and security standards within the ServiceNow platform.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems (internal and external) using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and other middleware technologies.
Work directly with the client, leading technical meetings, presentations, and workshops in English.
Support the team with architectural decisions, code reviews, performance optimization, and complex incident resolution.
Ensure all solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and corporate security and compliance policies.

Requirements
7+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 2 years in solution architecture.
Proven experience with the FSO (Financial Services Operations) module.
Advanced experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, web services).
Fluent English, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing during meetings with international clients.
Experience in technical leadership, team mentoring, and defining development standards.
Proficiency in Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and ServiceNow security best practices.

Desirable :
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Implementation Specialist (FSO), and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
Experience in the financial or banking sector.
Knowledge of enterprise solution architecture.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
