    Job Summary

    The client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, develop, integrate, and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The consultant will work with business stakeholders, IT operations, security teams, and business analysts to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions.

    Responsibilities
    • Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions.
    • Customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, business rules, and integrations.
    • Gather and analyze business requirements.
    • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
    • Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using REST, SOAP, and web services.
    • Develop JavaScript-based automation, scripts, and workflows.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve platform and application issues.
    • Maintain existing ServiceNow instances and enhancements.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation.
    • Participate in solution-design and code reviews.
    • Follow ServiceNow, ITIL, security, and development best practices.
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
    • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, scripting, and platform features.
    • Experience building REST and SOAP integrations.
    • ServiceNow JavaScript development experience.
    • Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
    • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Atlanta.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
    • Experience with Performance Analytics and reporting.
    • Prior government or public-sector experience.
