Location: Hartford, CT 06103 / Raleigh, NC 27617 / Richardson TX 75082 / Tempe, AZ 85281 (Hybrid - 3 days in a week)

Duration: 12 Months

Type: Contract W2

Experience: 8+ years

Interview type: 1 Virtual & 1 In person interview for client

Candidates must be prepared to attend an in-person interview at the client location or the nearest client campus.

  • ServiceNow Platform Development & Administration CMDB & Data Modeling
  • Discovery & Service Mapping (ITOM) Scoped App Development Import Sets, ETL & Transform Maps REST, SOAP & MID Server Integrations
  • ITSM JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules Service Portal, UI Builder & Next Experience Security (ACLs, Roles, Domain Separation)
  • Flow Designer & Workflow Reporting, Dashboards & Performance Analytics Upgrade & Instance Management
