Role Details:
Position: ServiceNow Developer / Engineer (CMDB Focus)
Location: Hybrid – Chandler, AZ (Greater Phoenix area)
Type: Full-Time or C2H
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
- Configure CI classes, relationships, reconciliation rules
- Build automation using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer
- Support ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management integrations
- Troubleshoot CMDB and platform-related issues
- Perform CMDB audits and data cleanup
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
Required Skills:
- 3+ years ServiceNow development or engineering experience
- Strong CMDB knowledge: CI relationships, Discovery patterns
- JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or SAM
- Knowledge of Discovery & MID Server integrations (REST/SOAP/JDBC)
