Position Title: ServiceNow developer

Location: US Remote

Basic Qualifications:

5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in ITSM modules, Service Catalog, Integrations, and Demand Management (preferred).
• Experience with forms design and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting framework.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Teams) and other enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with Employee Center / End User Services.
• Exposure to additional modules (HRSD, CSM, ITOM).
• Prior experience in financial services or regulated environments.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Platform Development & Configuration: Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across Demand Management, ITSM, Service Catalog, and End User Services.
• Develop and maintain forms, catalog items, record producers, and workflows aligned to business requirements.
• Customize ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and O365 tools (Outlook, Teams) using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and web services.
• Develop and enhance service catalog offerings and self-service forms, ensuring seamless integration between forms, catalog workflows, and backend processes.
• Support Demand Management lifecycle and translate business demand into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure alignment.
• Perform unit testing, support UAT, and assist in production deployments.
• Provide L3 support for incident resolution and enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews, release management, and platform governance.
• Work closely with onshore teams, product owners, and architects, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Job Description:

The role will focus on Demand Management, ITSM, Service Catalog, End User Services, Forms development, and O365 integrations (Outlook, Teams). The candidate will work closely with global teams across time zones and should possess strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills, along with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
