ServiceNow Developer
Location: Livermore, CA (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow development, including designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, and CWM.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly scripting, and AngularJS.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow update sets, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and service catalog.
- Understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL.
- Experience with ServiceNow Security and Access Control Rules.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and gather requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline plus minimum 5 years or more years of directly related experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of the job.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Security Clearance.
- Must be US Citizen.
- Hybrid schedule: onsite for two weeks per month.
Required Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
