Experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer and Implementing:

• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Change Management
• Knowledge Management
• Service Catalog
• Mobile App
• Virtual Agent

Key Requirements:

• Ability to configure ServiceNow ITSM applications in alignment with approved design plans.
• Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing.
• Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with SQL query creation and LDAP Query for connecting to and pulling data from Oracle, MySQL databases, and AD respectively.
• Worked with and understands the value in creating repeatable processes to design development, test, staging, and production environments that are reliable with high availability.

Certifications & Methodologies:

• Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
• Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Basic knowledge with ITIL industry standards.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Soft Skills:

• Behavioral competency.
• Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with project team members collaboratively.
• Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration and retrospectives).
