We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CRM / Sales & Order Management (SOM) Technical Consultant to join a fast-paced Agile team. This is a hands-on technical role focused on configuring and enhancing the ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM) platform.

Duration: 6+ months
Location: 100% REMOTE
Compensation: $70-95/hr

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CRM / Sales & Order Management (SOM) Technical Consultant to join a fast-paced Agile team. This is a hands-on technical role focused on configuring and enhancing the ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM) platform.

Requirements:

• Recent hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM).
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow Now Platform.
• Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and integrations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to independently complete assigned user stories with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
• Experience with CRM implementations and Order Management solutions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

 Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM).
• Develop solutions using the ServiceNow Now Platform.
• Build and maintain Flow Designer workflows and automations.
• Develop scripts and integrations to support business requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and developers in an Agile environment.
• Work independently to deliver user stories and technical solutions.
