Position Overview
DTI is building a pipeline of experienced ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management professionals to support potential enterprise risk, compliance, control, and policy-management initiatives for a large financial-services organization.
We are seeking ServiceNow IRM Solution Architects, Functional Consultants/Business Analysts, and Senior Developers/Engineers with demonstrated expertise in one or more of the capability domains listed below. Candidates are not expected to specialize in every domain; however, they must clearly identify the areas in which they possess direct configuration, development, implementation, or functional leadership experience.
Successful consultants will help design, configure, enhance, and operationalize scalable ServiceNow IRM solutions that strengthen governance, risk visibility, compliance monitoring, control management, and remediation processes.
ServiceNow IRM Capability Domains
1. GRC and IRM Foundation
- GRC concepts, operating models, and solution architecture
- ServiceNow IRM application landscape and common platform components
- IRM roles, responsibilities, personas, and end-user processes
- Platform governance, security, data structures, and implementation standards
- Design of scalable IRM platform foundations and operating models

2. Entity Framework
- Entity types, entity classes, and entity filters
- Entity hierarchies, ownership, and organizational relationships

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary by consultant profile and area of specialization and may include:
- Lead or support ServiceNow IRM discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirements workshops.
- Assess current-state risk and compliance processes and define scalable future-state solutions.
- Translate business, risk, compliance, and audit requirements into functional and technical designs.
- Configure or develop ServiceNow IRM applications, workflows, data models, assessments, indicators, reports, and integrations.
- Design relationships among entities, risks, controls, policies, issues, and remediation tasks.
- Develop user stories, process flows, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation.
- Configure business rules, Flow Designer workflows, notifications, scripts, integrations, and role-based access as appropriate.
- Support data mapping, migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Develop and execute unit, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate remediation.
- Support deployment planning, production readiness, hypercare, and knowledge transfer.
- Advise stakeholders on ServiceNow IRM leading practices, platform governance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with enterprise risk, compliance, audit, cybersecurity, legal, technology, and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementation, enhancement, or support experience.
- Direct expertise in at least one of the nine IRM capability domains identified above.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk, operational risk, compliance, controls, policies, issues, and remediation processes.
- Experience translating business requirements into ServiceNow IRM functional or technical solutions.
- Experience participating in or leading requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.
- Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business, risk, compliance, audit, and technical teams.
- Ability to clearly distinguish personal hands-on implementation experience from general platform exposure.
Role-Specific Qualifications
IRM Solution Architect
- Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow IRM architecture and operating models.
- Strong knowledge of IRM data models, entity frameworks, platform governance, integrations, security, and scalability.
- Ability to lead solution-design decisions and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Experience establishing implementation standards and guiding functional and technical teams.
IRM Functional Consultant or Business Analyst
- Experience facilitating risk, compliance, policy, control, and assessment workshops.
- Ability to document current-state and future-state processes, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong knowledge of risk and compliance business processes and their configuration within ServiceNow IRM.
- Experience supporting testing, business validation, training, and adoption.
Senior IRM Developer or Engineer
- Hands-on ServiceNow IRM configuration and development experience.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and reporting.
- Experience configuring assessments, indicators, workflows, dashboards, notifications, and remediation processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, defect-resolution, integration, and deployment capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification applicable to Risk and Compliance.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow IRM within banking, asset servicing, financial services, or another highly regulated environment.
- Familiarity with financial-services risk and control frameworks, regulatory obligations, audit requirements, and three-lines-of-defense operating models.
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, IntegrationHub, Automated Test Framework, or related platform capabilities.
- Experience integrating IRM with Security Operations, IT Service Management, Configuration Management Database, Human Resources, audit, regulatory, or third-party risk solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery practices and enterprise ServiceNow governance.
