Job Description:
- Our client is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM Developer with strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, Integrations, and Advanced ServiceNow Development.
- The ideal candidate will support large-scale CMDB data onboarding, governance, dependency mapping, and automation initiatives.

- Discovery, MID Server & ITOM Visibility
- IRE & Reconciliation Rules
- Service Mapping / Dependency Mapping
- Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- JavaScript & Advanced ServiceNow Scripting
- Script Includes, Glide Ajax, Business Rules
- Flow Designer & Catalog Development
- REST APIs, Integration Hub
- Service Graph Connectors, Integration Hub, Rest API's
- Import Sets, Transform Maps & ETL
- CMDB Governance & CMDB Health Dashboard
- High-volume Data Ingestion & Data Management
Preferred Skills:
- Telecom domain experience
- Network Infrastructure CI knowledge (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers)
- AWS/Azure Integrations
- Service Portal / UI Builder
- Event Management & AIOps
Certifications (Preferred)
- CSA
- CIS Discovery
- CIS Service Mapping
