Position: ServiceNow CMDB Developer
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Rate: $50/hr

"• Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and enterprise implementations across multiple modules including IRM (GRC), SecOps (SIR, Vulnerability Response), ITSM, CSM, and HRSD.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing GRC/IRM solutions such as risk assessments, policy & compliance management, audit workflows, and Performance Analytics dashboards.
- Proven integration experience with enterprise tools (Splunk, Azure Sentinel, Qualys, Tenable, Workday, Salesforce) using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Skilled in building complex workflows, Flow Designer automations, scripted business rules, UI policies, and custom applications.
- Deep knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and ITOM for service mapping and asset visibility.
- Experience in Security Incident Response and Vulnerability lifecycle management with focus on automation and MTTR reduction.
- Strong governance and security expertise including RBAC, encryption, platform upgrades, and compliance readiness.
- Experienced in Agile delivery, ATF testing, stakeholder management, and leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
- Hands-on in data migration (import sets, transformation maps) and ServiceNow portal/catalog development.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions."
