We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document user, functional, and technical requirements
Create and manage test data within the ServiceNow platform
Collaborate with Product Owners to align on business priorities and roadmap
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
Support solution validation, testing, and implementation activities
Drive continuous improvement through analysis of business processes and system capabilities
Qualifications:
2 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and/or IT service management processes
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, collaborative environments
