Description
**100% Remote Role**
Must Have:
- SNow CTA or higher; a CMA is ideal.
- SNow CIS – Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- HAM functional depth: background as an Endpoint Manager or Hardware Asset Manager at a large enterprise, or close partnership with people in those roles.
- Managed services experience. Help desk experience counts, even if it was 10 years ago.
- Enterprise SNow platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB, including multi-instance environments.
- Hands-on ownership of platform governance and integration standards (REST/SOAP APIs, ITIL alignment).
- Pay Range: $100-$105/hr.
