Role: ServiceNow Administrator II
Location: Spring, TX (Hybrid 3 days/week)

Join a nationally recognized, employee- owned bank as a ServiceNow Administrator II, Responsible for the administration, maintenance, and architecture of the ServiceNow platform. As the subject matter expert, you'll ensure effective processes and solutions are implemented to facilitate new application rollouts and enhance productivity of existing ones.
What you'll do:
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform
- Own architecture and implementation of platforms within ServiceNow
- Partner with lines of business to deliver solutions while maintaining platform integrity and best practices
- Propose effective processes and solutions to increase and enhance productivity
- Recommend improvements to technical and functional designs where appropriate
- Provide guidance to the ServiceNow team as needed
- Manage multiple dataset updates and coordinate promotion across multiple instances
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years of relevant technology exp, including 2+ years Agile and/or ITIL exp and 3+ years ServiceNow application exp for systems development and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow components: Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management
- Exceptional working knowledge of workflow design and implementation
- Solid background integrating enterprise software systems with ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge of web services integration (JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS)
- Intermediate JavaScript ability, including jQuery, Bootstrap, and/or AngularJS
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business Administration/related field preferred
- Relevant technology certifications preferred
