Join our Service Team!

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Xpress Advisor to join our Zimbrick Volkswagen service department. This position is responsible for working directly with customers during their visit, writing up repair orders, recommending maintenance, and making sure each customer has a great service experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in automotive service.

Schedule

• 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Friday with some flexibility 7:00am to 6:00pm.
• Schedule will be based on department needs.
• Occasional schedule adjustments may be required for vacations, training, meetings, or other business needs

Responsibilities

The Service Xpress Advisor works directly with customers from check-in through checkout. Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and determining their service needs
• Writing up repair orders
• Clearly explaining recommended maintenance and services to customers
• Recommending and upselling additional maintenance and services based on the customer's vehicle needs
• Reviewing technician recommendations with customers
• Preparing and completing service paperwork
• Communicating service recommendations and vehicle information clearly and professionally
• Processing payments and checking customers out

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
