What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and identify their automotive service needs

• Create accurate estimates and repair orders

• Clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance

• Sell needed services with honesty and confidence

• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process

• Coordinate closely with technicians and shop management

• Obtain customer approvals and manage repair timelines

• Keep repair orders organized, accurate, and up to date

• Follow up with customers and deliver an excellent experience

• Help maintain a fast, efficient, and profitable service department

• Automotive service or repair knowledge

• Sales ability and confidence presenting recommended work

Service writing, automotive sales, or repair-shop experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation

$50,000–$100,000 per year — salary plus commission
