Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Department Valet to join our team. As a Service Department Valet, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers by managing vehicle flow, assisting with service check-ins, and maintaining a clean and organized service drive.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Assist service advisors with customer check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized service drive, including sweeping, trash removal, and general upkeep.
- Install protective coverings (e.g., seat covers, floor mats) in customer vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damage and document findings.
- Assist with moving vehicles within the service department and parking lot.
- Provide clear and accurate directions to customers.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
