Vision Ford Lincoln is seeking skilled and dedicated Service Technicians to join our dealership's growing service department. Ask us about our $4000 sign on bonus! You will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers’ vehicles are running at peak performance, performing both routine maintenance and advanced repairs. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, ensuring high-quality standards
- ️ Utilize factory diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex vehicle systems
- Work closely with service advisors to provide clear, accurate estimates
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Continuously update skills and knowledge on Ford & Lincoln products
Requirements
- 2+ years of automotive service experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Basic tools are required; specialty tools provided by the dealership
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety
- ASE and/or manufacturer certifications preferred
- Experience with dealer management software systems is an advantage
