Key Responsibilities

• Service Technicians will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and minimal downtime
• You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, diagnose equipment failures, and implement timely solutions to keep production lines running smoothly
• Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, performing repairs, replacing worn components, and documenting all maintenance activities in company systems
• You will collaborate with production teams to understand equipment needs, communicate technical findings clearly, and prioritize work based on operational urgency
• Additionally, you will maintain a clean, safe work environment, follow all safety protocols and procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Your expertise will help reduce equipment failures, extend machinery lifespan, and support our client's commitment to operational excellence and safety standards

Requirements

• Candidates must have a minimum of two years of hands-on service or maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar technical environment
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• You must possess strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Proficiency with hand and power tools is essential
• You should demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting strict timelines
• Physical fitness is important, as the role requires lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, climbing ladders, and working in various environmental conditions
• You must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and pre-employment physical
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment are critical
