Primary Purpose: Provide customer field service globally; gain a thorough understanding of the functionality of and actively service Burr Oak Tool product lines, as needed.

- Learn and understand the functionality of multiple Burr Oak Tool machines and product lines, as needed or assigned.
- Troubleshoot machines, parts, and equipment including electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and HMI controller. Modify programs to facilitate correct operation of machines.
- Learn to Program machine to perform specified tasks applying program logic controller (PLC) knowledge.
- Order replacement parts and document issues with machines based on diagnostics in a timely manner using a field service report.
- Review work orders and service reports to determine tasks to be performed; determine tools, equipment, and parts needed for installation or repair assignment.
- Discuss situation with customer’s representative and inspect site to verify that components are installed according to specifications.
Skills: Essential qualifications and functions gained through training and experience
- Must possess or obtain forklift license and learn to operate cranes and man-lifts.
- Must have proficient math skills and ability to utilize various measurement tools.
- Must be willing to travel internationally.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with and influence diverse personalities; tactful, mature, and flexible.
- Ability to remain calm and determined to attain goals.
- High energy level, comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
- Documentation of a current drug screen must be provided prior to start date.
