    Apartment Maintenance Technician

    Berger Communities is hiring a Service Technician for Stonecliffe Apartments in Monroeville, PA.

    • $22–$24/hour, paid biweekly, plus:

    Location: Monroeville, PA.

    Full-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This position also includes a rotating on-call schedule, with on-call responsibilities one week every three weeks.

     

    What You’ll Do

    You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means:

    • Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
    • Getting empty homes move-in ready
    • Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
    • Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
    • Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
    • Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
