As a Service Technician at Spruce Pine Chevrolet GMC , you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and repair of vehicles to meet safety and performance standards. You will work closely with service advisors and parts department to address their automotive needs and provide excellent service for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles, such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Diagnose mechanical issues and develop appropriate solutions
• Perform repairs on engines, brakes, transmission systems, and other components
• Interact with service advisors to understand the customers concerns and discuss recommended services

Requirements

• Previous experience as an GM automotive service technician
• Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of vehicle systems
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication and customer service skills
