    HiFyve is hiring a Field Service Technician in Springfield, MO!


    Pay: $25-$35/hour

    Shift: Days | Approximately 75% Travel (including overnight, throughout the U.S.)

    Location: Springfield, MO

    About the Role

    We're looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician who enjoys traveling and solving technical challenges. This role requires approximately 75% overnight travel to customer sites across the United States, where you'll install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain integrated low-voltage and electronic systems. You'll work independently while partnering with customers to ensure equipment operates safely and reliably


    Job Responsibilities

    • Travel to customer locations throughout the United States to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain integrated electronic systems
    • Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment upgrades
    • Diagnose electrical, networking, and control system issues
    • Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
    • Complete service documentation and communicate repair findings
    • Support new equipment installations and system commissioning
    • Work independently while providing excellent customer service
    • Follow all customer safety and site requirements


    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of field service, controls, low-voltage, or systems integration experience
    • Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and electronic equipment
    • Experience reading schematics and technical drawings
    • Familiarity with networking and control systems preferred
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Valid driver's license
    • Ability to travel approximately 75% throughout the United States, including overnight travel
    • Ability to meet customer site access requirements
