Job Description:
Service Technicians of all levels must have the varying knowledge and skill levels to accomplish technical and labor tasks/work assigned by the Job Lead or Project Technical & QA/QC Supervisors, including as a paramount requirement:

It is the responsibility of every Operational Technician, at DATUM RMS to ensure the company reputation and standard of work & service is at the highest standard, on every project, and non-project work.

Increasing technical and skills knowledge of all operational technicians by on-the-job training and mentoring,
Personal integrity, accountability, attention to detail, honesty, leadership, and efficiency,
Teamwork and working towards a common goal efficiently,
Comprehension of the Project Work Order as approved by the client,
Identification and reporting of:
Problem solving,
Resource management,
Technical competence,
Quality assurance and control.
