Position Summary:We are seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and service calls on commercial roofing systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair leaks and roofing system issues
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Complete service calls in a timely and professional manner
- Document work performed and communicate with customers
- Ensure safety compliance on all job sites
- Maintain service vehicle, tools, and materials
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred
- Some knowledge of roofing systems
- Ability to work at heights and climbing ladders in all weather conditions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
