Location: Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans – Poydras St., Downtown New Orleans, LA
Position: Full-Time Service Technician

Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team at our Poydras Street downtown location. This position services both Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles and Sprinter vans, offering the opportunity to work with industry-leading technology in a fast-paced, professional dealership environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles and Sprinter vans

• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards

• Use advanced diagnostic tools and follow Mercedes-Benz repair procedures

• Maintain accurate repair documentation and communicate with service advisors as needed

• Ensure vehicles are repaired safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive technician experience required (European or luxury brand experience preferred)

• Experience servicing Mercedes-Benz or Sprinter vans is a plus

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
