Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs at customer locations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer service requests and ensure all service-related issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Diagnose product and equipment issues at customer sites and determine appropriate corrective actions.
  • Identify and recommend necessary spare parts required for repairs and maintenance.
  • Travel to customer locations to perform inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and other service-related tasks (once hired permanently) 
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions within the service database.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service findings, repair recommendations, and equipment status.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures while performing field service work.
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of hand tools, including wrenches, pliers, and related equipment.
  • Experience using power tools such as electric drills, sanders, and similar tools.
  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in various customer site environments.
Requirements
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Must possess a valid REAL ID or U.S. Passport.
  • Willing to travel per air or automobile (once hired permanently)
