Now hiring: Service Technician in Pinckard, AL

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 7:00 AM-4:30 PM | Monday-Friday

Service Technician Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Technician, Field Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar technical role
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and test equipment
• Ability to diagnose equipment issues and determine appropriate repairs or corrective actions
• Experience with equipment maintenance, repair, and customer service support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with customers, vendors, and team members
• Willingness to travel by automobile or air as needed
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Service Technician Job Duties:

• Respond to customer service requests and resolve product-related issues promptly
• Travel to customer sites to perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and service support
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify root causes and solutions
• Determine the required spare parts and repair materials needed for service calls
• Complete equipment repairs and corrective actions at customer locations
• Maintain accurate service records and update service issue databases
• Provide professional customer support while representing the company in the field
• Communicate service findings, recommendations, and repair updates to customers and internal teams
