Tulsa, North & Northeast Oklahoma

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Shift: Available between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM : Typical workday is approximately 8 hours
• Pay: up to 28/hr
• Rotating on-call schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

We are hiring a Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain commercial food service and beverage equipment throughout the Tulsa and surrounding Oklahoma areas.

What You'll Be Doing

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial food service and beverage equipment.
• Service equipment including ice cream machines, slushie machines, frozen beverage equipment, fryers, and other commercial kitchen appliances.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related equipment issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs.
• Travel to customer locations throughout Tulsa, North Oklahoma, and Northeast Oklahoma.
• Manage and prioritize service calls while working independently in the field.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Provide professional customer service while communicating equipment issues and repair recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing throughout the day.
• Field Service Technician experience.
• HVAC or refrigeration experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $58240.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
