JOB SUMMARY
As a Service Technician, your role will involve servicing, repairing, and maintaining various types of flooring in residential construction. You will be responsible for reviewing service tickets, and completing tasks as indicated. This may involve measuring and cutting materials, removing and installing tile, LVP/Wood, or Carpet, and ensuring that the final product meets quality standards. Additionally, you may be required to troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing tile, LVP/Wood, or carpet as well as provide recommendations for upgrades or replacements. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this position.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Stationary Position: Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) throughout the workday.
Mobility: Frequently required to move throughout job sites/Travel,
Lifting/Carrying: Frequently lifts and/or moves items weighing up to 50+ pounds.
Positioning: Install materials, including stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
Manual Dexterity: May operate a computer and other office or production equipment.
Communication: Ability to effectively communicate and exchange accurate information with customers and team members, including in busy or noisy environments.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described below are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.
Warehouse/Facility: May be exposed to non-climate-controlled environments (heat and cold), moving mechanical parts, vibration, and elevated noise levels.
Job Site/Field: Exposure to active construction sites, outdoor weather conditions, dust, and fumes. Requires use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots.
Travel: Requires travel to job sites and local offices.
