Service Technician

Accurately document repairs, track inventory, and update unit status using warehouse management and computer systems. Basic computer skills for data entry, inventory tracking, and documentation.

Service Technician - Returns

Schedule:

Monday through Friday,

6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Pay Rate:$21.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect returned appliances to identify defects, damage, and operational issues.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace faulty components using standard hand and power tools.
• Clean, refurbish, and repackage appliances for inventory replenishment or secondary market distribution.
• Accurately document repairs, track inventory, and update unit status using warehouse management and computer systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse operations and support team objectives as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous appliance repair, maintenance, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Basic computer skills for data entry, inventory tracking, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle appliances and parts as required.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and physical demands.
