Service Technician - Modular Building Remodeling

- Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Location: Tallahassee, FL
- Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

We’re seeking skilled Service Technicians with expertise in areas such as handyman services, basic electrical, basic plumbing, basic framing, or carpentry. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full refurbishment, including floors, wall framing, and window cleaning.
- Remodel modular buildings, ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Inspect and replace framework using carpentry skills.
- Prep and install tiles.
- Clean and maintain modular buildings.
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows.
- Maintain inventory levels of tools, parts, and equipment required for tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies, wearing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements:
- Experience in rough carpentry, including wall framing or subfloor installation.
- EPA Universal Certification
- Previous remodeling experience required.
- Must pass background and drug testing.
- Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work overtime as needed.
