Were looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Preserve at Sagebrook, a beautiful 336-unit apartment community in Miamisburg, OH. What Youll Do

• Complete resident service requests with quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep the community operating safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and general maintenance issues.
• Assist with apartment turns and make-ready projects to prepare homes for new residents.
• Maintain the propertys curb appeal and ensure common areas are clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule to support residents when needed.

What Were Looking For

• 1+ years of apartment, residential, or building maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and general maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
